Overview

We are seeking a confident, organised and hands\-on Club Manager to lead the daily operations of Wutian Martial Arts while supporting coordination across our sister company, Kidwise.

This is a visible leadership role. You will be present on the floor, managing staff, supporting families and maintaining high standards across all programmes. You will ensure sessions run smoothly, safely and professionally at all times including supporting children who may feel nervous or experience separation anxiety, and reassuring parents when needed.

This role combines people management, operational oversight and commercial awareness. You will help maintain membership growth while fostering a welcoming, disciplined and supportive environment for children, teens and adults alike.
