Cloud Engineer

The role

Our platform processes millions of data points, runs large\-scale ML pipelines, and serves some of the world's biggest employers. As we scale, the infrastructure and automation underneath needs to be as intentional as the product on top.

Day to day, you'll work closely with the engineering team to figure out how services get deployed in different clouds, how infrastructure scales, how costs stay visible, and how we operate reliably and securely as our enterprise customer base grows. You sit on the Platform team, but your work touches every engineer in the company.

We hire Cloud Platform Engineers across experience levels. Whether you're a few years into your infrastructure career or more senior with deep cloud expertise, the shape of the role is the same. Scope and autonomy grow with your level.

What you'll do:

• Shape the infrastructure layer. Design and manage cloud account architecture, networking, and cluster scalability. Our primary environment is AWS, and we're actively expanding into multi\-cloud deployments to meet enterprise customer requirements.


• Build self\-service infrastructure. Terraform modules, service templates, reusable patterns. Make it easy for engineers to provision what they need consistently and safely.


• Take ownership of cloud costs. Build observability into how we spend, surface what's wasteful, and drive the changes that keep our infrastructure lean as we scale.


• Own infrastructure security. Vulnerability patching, compliance tracking, access automation, alert triage. Security is part of how you build, not a separate concern.

• You have at least 1\.5 years of relevant professional experience.


• You’re an infrastructure engineer at heart. You've operated Kubernetes clusters, deployed services, and managed cloud resources in production.


• You automate by default. Terraform, Helm, GitOps. You think in systems, write infrastructure as code, and leave things more maintainable than you found them.


• You possess deep expertise in at least one cloud provider. AWS, Azure, or GCP. You know one well enough to architect in it, and you're ready to pick up the others as we expand.


• You’re security\-minded. You don't wait for a security team to tell you what to fix. You bake security into your infrastructure decisions from the start.


• You’re a team multiplier. You document what you build, review what others build, and make the people around you better at their job.


• You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.

• Multi\-cloud experience (deploying and operating across AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Hands\-on experience with AI\-first ways of working (to accelerate infrastructure automation or tooling).
