Cloud Engineer

At CORUS , we are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our team on an international project.

Location : Remote from Spain

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS cloud architectures.


• Build and manage data pipelines using AWS Glue.


• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda.


• Manage storage solutions leveraging Amazon S3\.


• Deploy and maintain compute resources using Amazon EC2\.


• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight.


• Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud environments.


• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver cloud\-based solutions.

You should have:

• 5\+ years of experience in a similar role.


• Strong experience with AWS services: Glue, Lambda, S3, EC2, QuickSight.


• Experience with cloud architecture and best practices (Well\-Architected Framework).


• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.


• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).


• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.


• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch).

Optional:

• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer).


• Experience with big data technologies and analytics platforms.


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
