As a CLO in the not-for-profit sector, based in Redruth, you'll play a key role in managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication for construction projects. Your work will help keep projects on track and ensure everyone involved stays well-informed.

Description

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.


• Coordinate communication between project teams and external parties.


• Organise and attend meetings to provide updates on construction progress.


• Ensure stakeholders are informed about project timelines and developments.


• Work closely with the construction team to address any issues that arise.


• Maintain accurate records of communications and project updates.


• Support the team in delivering projects in line with agreed objectives.


• Promote positive relationships between all parties involved in the project.

A successful CLO should have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• Experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly in construction projects.


• Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges.


• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Hourly rate between £19.00 and £22.00, dependent on the level of experience.


• Temporary contract offering flexibility in working arrangements.
