Yorkshire Dental Suite \| Central HQ, Leeds \| £30,000 basic salary \| Full\-time
Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–8:00pm, with a 30\-minute break.
Rota: Alternate Saturday and Sunday working, with one weekday off and one day through the weekend off.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for two experienced dental professionals to join our central team at our Leeds HQ and play an important role in supporting patients across the group.
About the role
As a Clinical Triage Coordinator, you’ll be the clinical link between our patients and our practices.
You’ll help make sure patients are directed to the right clinic, the right clinician and the right appointment, while providing support and reassurance throughout their journey.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental professional who enjoys speaking with patients, using their clinical knowledge and working in a fast\-paced team environment.
What you'll do
- Carry out clinical triage for new patients before their consultation to ensure they are booked into the most appropriate appointment
- Use your dental knowledge to understand patient needs and guide them towards the right clinician or treatment pathway
- Speak with patients by phone and provide clear, professional and reassuring advice about their appointments
- Follow up with patients after treatment, providing excellent aftercare and identifying any concerns early
- Liaise closely with our clinics, clinicians and patient teams across the group
- Ensure accurate and detailed patient information is recorded and communicated to the relevant teams
- Work alongside the wider team to provide consistent patient support throughout the day, including evening cover until 8pm
Dental experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who has worked within a dental practice or dental environment and can confidently use their clinical knowledge when speaking with patients.
You’ll also need:
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- A warm, professional and reassuring approach with patients
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including finishes at 8pm and weekend cover
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a desire to grow with a fast\-moving dental business
- £30,000 basic salary
