Accountabilities:
- Develop and adapt clinical sales strategies aligned with the specific needs of healthcare providers across pulmonology and sleep medicine.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, respiratory therapists, and key opinion leaders.
- Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth customer assessments to understand workflows and propose tailored clinical solutions.
- Demonstrate and communicate the clinical and operational value of advanced healthcare technologies.
- Support implementation, onboarding, and post-sale activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Contribute to strategic account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking against sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Healthcare, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical sales, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Strong ability to work independently with ownership, structure, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and sales presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts.
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment, data interpretation, and solution development.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think strategically.
- Fluency in German, French, and English.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or within medical technology environments is an advantage.
