Duties

• Provide expert guidance on medication therapy management, ensuring optimal treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs

• Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapies as needed to maximize effectiveness and safety


• Educate patients and healthcare staff on proper medication use, potential side effects, and anatomy\-related considerations


• Administer medications in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance with safety standards


• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration, patient progress, and clinical interventions


• Stay current with evolving pharmacological research and best practices to continuously improve patient care quality

• Proven ICU experience demonstrating ability to manage critically ill patients with complex medication needs


• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform safe medication practices and patient assessments
