We’re looking for a motivated and people\-focused Clinical Manager to join our fabulous specialist team at The Dental Surgery in the City of London.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, manage a team of dental nurses, and ensure the delivery of high\-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Full\-time hours available, 40 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
- Competitive hourly rate from £19p/h
- Supportive and collaborative practice manager, operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
We’d love to receive your application to our Assistant Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
- A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service\-focused background \- experience in assisting with managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Assisting the Practice Manager with leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P\&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully\-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process\-driven practice team
- GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs fully covered
