Clinical Lead – Whittington House, Cheltenham\- £24 per hour

• 50 Bedded Nursing, Demenetia and Residential Care Home


• Full time; 36 or 48 hours


• Shifts can include alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.


• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.


• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.


• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.


• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.


• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• A genuine passion for providing personalised, high\-quality care.
