Our founder is moving fully into his CEO role. We are looking for a Clinical Director to lead the clinical side of this business, someone who is brilliant at the craft, relentless in their standards, and genuinely hungry to lead.

THE ROLE

\- Hybrid position: personal clinical caseload \+ full clinical leadership
\- Lead the clinical team across five London clinic sites
\- Co\-lead the business alongside our Practice Manager
\- Report directly to the CEO
\- Own the clinical standard, culture, and direction of the practice

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

\- HCPC registration — current, valid, non\-negotiable
\- Substantial post\-registration podiatry experience
\- Proven leadership — formal or demonstrated through how you've always operated
\- Clinical excellence that others aspire to
\- The drive to be the best — and the work ethic to back it up
\- Resilience, ambition, and genuine pride in your profession

Bonus: advanced skills in laser, nail surgery, MSK, or biomechanics.
