<p>Clinical Architecture is seeking a Clinical Content Analyst to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Clinical Content Analyst will be responsible for developing standards-based structured content offerings that complement our premier software solutions.</p>
<ul>
<li><em>This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.</em></li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p>Primary responsibilities involve usage of proprietary software to perform the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Development and maintenance of value sets, rule-based logic, ontologies, term mappings, and other content assets.</li>
<li>Management of periodic publication processes.</li>
<li>Adhere to, improve upon, and/or define editorial policies and standard operating procedures.</li>
</ul>
<p>Secondary responsibilities may include the following, depending on skillset:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist clients with implementation and services delivery.</li>
<li>Demonstrate subject matter expertise and thought leadership to the industry through marketing and consultative sales activities.</li>
<li>Engage with clients and/or prospects (with occasional travel if desired and justified as a business need).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><em>Required</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate educational degree: RN, BSN, MSN, PharmD, or similar credentials.</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least one standard healthcare terminology/coding system (e.g., RxNorm, LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10-CM, CPT).</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning skills.</li>
<li>Meticulous attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Preferred</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Work experience in applied health IT.</li>
<li>Certification or degree in health informatics related field.</li>
