We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Part\-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our welcoming team, supporting our Keynsham clinic and other local clinics when required.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for everyone who visits or contacts The Medical.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and thrives in a varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities Patient Experience

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to patients attending clinic


• Delivering an excellent reception experience at every interaction


• Responding to face\-to\-face, email, and telephone enquiries


• Booking and managing patient appointments


• Supporting practitioner diary management


• Ensuring patient registrations and consent forms are completed accurately


• Managing cancellations and Did Not Attend (DNA) processes


• Taking payments and processing invoices

Shift PatternKeynsham Clinic

• Monday: 2:30pm – 8:15pm


• Wednesday: 12:00pm – 8:15pm


• Friday: 12:15pm – 6:15pm

Total: 19\.5 hours per week

Additional flexibility will be required to support holiday cover where needed.
