The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join a collaborative professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting teams, managing administrative processes and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced setting.
The Role
Reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing administrative support across multiple teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting client delivery teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Managing reception duties, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls and post
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and events for senior staff
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of typing and documentation tasks
- Managing client onboarding, maintenance and disengagement processes in line with procedures
- Supporting the submission of documents to regulatory bodies and tracking deadlines
- Overseeing the process of obtaining confirmations from external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams to support overall service delivery
Essential:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word
- A positive, collaborative and proactive approach
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Experience within a professional services or accountancy environment
- Understanding of data protection and compliance processes
