Elevate Properties is a fast\-growing short\-let management company, and we are looking for an exceptional Client Success \& Operations Manager to play a key role in the day\-to\-day running of the business.

This is a hands\-on position for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. We are looking for an individual who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and help drive operational excellence across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the business


• Managing and coordinating staff, contractors, and service providers


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property owners


• Handling client communications and ensuring a high standard of customer service


• Managing logistics across multiple properties


• Ensuring properties are maintained to company standards


• Coordinating maintenance issues and operational challenges


• Supporting business growth initiatives and process improvements


• Travelling between properties and attending meetings when required

• Previous experience in the property industry is essential


• Experience within short\-let, serviced accommodation, property management, or hospitality is highly desirable


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and take initiative


• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions


• Excellent problem\-solving abilities


• Strong attention to detail


• Willingness to travel as required


• Must be available to work weekends as part of the role


• Full UK driving licence needed
