Client-side Construction Project Manager

Your new company is a local authority based in Liverpool.
Your new role
Your new role as Project Manager will require you to design and procure a number of construction projects and oversee them to completion. Our client requires someone with a strong technical background with client-side, ideally local authority experience. You will be working on a mixture of building and infrastructure-related projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified or chartered with a relevant governing body (MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, CEng)
- Experience working in a local authority or similar public sector environment
- Strong technical background in building or engineering
- Excellent tender-writing experience
- Project delivery in a public sector organisation, delivering projects from concept to completion
- Producing tender ready work packages
In return, you will receive a competitive rate of pay on a day-rate basis and hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
There is up to 3 years' worth of work in 6-12-month increments depending on reviews after each 6-month period.
