Missions
Within our Belgian Wealth Management Desk, we are looking for a talented \& enthusiastic Client Service Officer that is collaborative, confident and motivated to provide first class client experience service.
As a Client Services Officer, you will support several Wealth Managers in the administrative, operational and commercial management of their (Ultra) High Net Worth Individual ((U)HNWI) client portfolios. In this key relationship role, you will contribute to upholding the Bank’s reputation for excellence, acting as a vital link between internal Experts, Wealth Managers, and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational and commercial support to Wealth Managers in all client\-related matters.
Oversee the daily management and monitoring of client accounts, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable legislation and internal procedures.
Process and record banking transactions in internal systems.
Initiate and follow up on account opening requests and credit files, collaborating closely with internal operational experts.
Prepare various internal and client reports as required.

Bac \+ 5 / M2 et plus
Formation / Spécialisation
University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent through experience
Niveau d'expérience minimum
3 \- 5 ans
Expérience
Significant experience in a similar position, ideally within the private banking sector.
Compétences recherchées
Strong operational background in finance and proven client servicing skills.
Good knowledge of financial products, markets, and KYC regulations.
Rigorous, well\-organized, and committed to delivering service excellence to clients.
Achievement oriented with a CAN DO mentality.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal departments.
Team player
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Langues
Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
