The Role
We are hiring a Client Services Manager, whose role will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
This is a great opportunity for a Client Services Manager or Client Services Executive who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and driven to deliver excellent service. Your role will be extremely important for our clients success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital and have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. They should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance and be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long\-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong, long\-term client relationships and maintaining frequent contact.
- Investigating and determining client wants and needs.
- Setting digital strategies for clients, considering their specific requirements.
- Prepare and present reports.
- Analysing the effectiveness and success of digital campaigns .
- Prepare and present reports on progress.
- Staying up to date with digital technology trends.
- Attending client meetings face to face or via teams.
- Holding the teams accountable to ensure client work is delivered on time.
- Managing a team or junior and senior executives.
- Working with key tools across Semrush, Google Ads, Analytics, Microsoft and others.
- Supporting on New Business Development.
- Onboard new clients.
- Support with events.
- Support with internal marketing and communications.
- Support with recruitment.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a Client Services Manager.
- Hands\-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
- Experience implementing Google AdWords and Paid Social campaigns.
- In\-depth understanding of online marketing tools and systems.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem\-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SEO is desirable, but not essential.
- Salary dependent on experience.
- Full time – 37\.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
- Opportunity for additional performance\-related bonuses.
