A boutique Wealth Management firm based in Derby is seeking a professional and highly organised Client Services Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in Financial Planning or Wealth Management who enjoys delivering exceptional client support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service throughout their financial planning journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
- Managing client communications by phone, email, and post
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
- Processing new business applications and monitoring progress through to completion
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Assisting with valuations, reports, and general client servicing activities
- Supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience at all times
- Previous administration experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and back-office systems
