Responsibilities of a Client Service Manager.
Owning client relationships \& ensuring service is delivered with excellence
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long\-term strategic client relationships
- Ensure delivery meets agreed expectations and service standards
- Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
- Commercial responsibility. Margin protection and enhancement
- Lead and manage client service teams to deliver consistently high standards
- Oversee service delivery across clients
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth with existing clients
- Support regional or global account strategies for current and prospective clients
- Provide leadership for our clients, focusing on long\-term value, strategic guidance, and deep relationship building

- Has Experience: 3\+ years in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of artwork reprographics or CGI services and or technology.
