Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £35,000 base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Year 1: £50,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Core hours)

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the friendly, professional face of our client journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong connections, staying organised, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

  • Manage diaries for Junior Advisors and IFAs, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management.

  • Oversee the customer onboarding process while maintaining regular touchpoints throughout their journey.
