Clubhouse Sports Media Ltd. is a growing sports media and sponsorship company specialising in the golf industry. We work with golf clubs and businesses across the UK, delivering advertising, sponsorship, and member engagement solutions through our expanding network.
Due to continued growth and internal development, we are looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Manager to join our operations team.

The Role:
As Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with both golf clubs and business sponsors, ensuring campaigns and partnerships are delivered smoothly while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
You will work closely with the operations, artwork, and sales teams to coordinate sponsorship activity, support bookings and client requests, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts.
This role would suit somebody who is commercially aware, highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with golf clubs and advertising partners.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and ongoing account management.
- Coordinating sponsorship activity and ensuring campaigns are delivered correctly and on time.
- Assisting with golf booking requests and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Working alongside internal teams to manage artwork updates, advertising schedules, and operational requirements.
- Handling complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client retention and overall customer satisfaction.
- Supporting renewal conversations and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Maintaining accurate internal records and reporting using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Building strong relationships internally and externally to support the continued growth of the business.
- Experience within a client relationship, account management, customer service, or client experience role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and solution\-focused mindset.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve client experience.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast\-paced team environment.
- Knowledge or interest in golf is advantageous but not essential.
- Holidays: 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (30 Days Total)

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
