Balgores Financial Services is building a dedicated client relationship team to make sure every client who books an appointment through our estate agency network is contacted, nurtured and looked after from first enquiry through to completion and beyond. We’re now recruiting a client relationship manager to run this function and help us take our client journey to the next level.

About the role

As a client relationship manager, you’ll be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of all financial services leads generated by our branches, starting with our core offices and expanding as the model rolls out across the wider network.

You will:

  • Manage all incoming appointments/leads, ensuring every client is contacted promptly and appropriately categorised).

  • Build ongoing relationships through structured follow\-up, checking progress with property searches, applications and broker meetings.

  • Call clients within 24–48 hours of their appointment to gather feedback, confirm next steps and keep them engaged.

  • Promote our customer portal and mortgage passport to collect documents and information ahead of broker appointments.

  • Arrange and confirm broker appointments (Zoom/Teams/in\-person), making sure clients are fully prepared and the meeting is worthwhile for everyone involved.
This is a hands\-on, operational role where you’ll combine structured outbound contact with process thinking and the ability to spot gaps and fix them.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in a client relationshipsales support, lead management, mortgage admin or similar client\-facing role.

  • Is confident on the phone and in building rapport quickly with a wide range of customers.

  • Is organised, structured and comfortable juggling a high volume of leads without losing control.

  • Has experience with CRM / lead tracking systems and understands why good data matters.

  • Enjoys working with advisers and estate agents, and can hold their own in a commercial environment.

  • Is proactive by nature – you don’t sit back and wait to be asked to make the call.
*Experience in mortgages, protection or general insurance would be a strong advantage, but we’re open to backgrounds where you’ve demonstrably managed leads, pipelines and outbound contact in a regulated or semi\-regulated environment*.

  • Basic salary between £20,000 and £26,000 (dependent on experience) plus an ongoing monthly commission commission structure based on performance *(year 1 OTE of £36,000\).*
