We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Assistant role is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. They have strong administrative and analytical skills and are able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast\-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day\-to\-day business and administrative operations

  • Assist with client communication and relationship management

  • Coordinate with key accounts and support account management activities

  • Help prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documentation

  • Conduct business and market research when required

  • Support project coordination and follow\-up with internal teams and clients

  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational documentation

  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and client experience
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Interest in business operations, client relations, and commercial strategy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems is desirable

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
