<p>The Client Partner for is responsible for end-to-end delivery and account management for telecom clients. This role ensures successful program execution, sustained client relationships, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnership development across complex transformation programs.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs</li>
<li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO)</li>
<li>Position as a trusted advisor on BSS transformation and digital strategy</li>
<li>Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews</li>
<li>Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Revenue Management)</li>
<li>Own overall account strategy, growth roadmap, and client satisfaction</li>
<li>Manage account P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization</li>
<li>Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities</li>
<li>Expand footprint across BSS and adjacent domains (OSS, Digital, Cloud)</li>
<li>Ensure high client retention and develop multi-year strategic partnerships</li>
<li>Monitor account health metrics (CSAT, NPS, revenue growth, utilization)</li>
<li>Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions</li>
<li>Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget</li>
<li>Lead large cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, vendors, partners)</li>
<li>Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>12–18+ years of experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure</li>
<li>Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios</li>
<li>Strong track record in revenue growth and client relationship management</li>
<li>Deep expertise in BSS domain</li>
<li>Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 telecom operators</li>
<li>Account management and client relationship building</li>
<li>Program and portfolio delivery leadership</li>
<li>Commercial acumen and P&L ownership</li>
<li>Strategic thinking with growth mindset</li>
<li>Negotiation and executive communication skills</li>
<li>Leadership across global teams</li>
<li>Ability to travel</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field</li>
