Client Partner

This isn’t an account management role. It’s a senior commercial and programme leadership position for someone who builds genuine trust with C\-suite stakeholders, shapes ambitious programmes, and can hold their own in a conversation about data, AI and the future of marketing technology.
The role
As Client Partner, you’ll own our portfolio of Beyond’s most strategic client relationships \- acting as the trusted day\-to\-day lead below Board level. You’ll set the direction for programmes, shape commercial performance, and ensure that everything Beyond delivers is coherent, high\-quality and anchored in measurable client value.
You’ll work closely with Beyond’s C\-suite, internal specialists, and external partners. Where clients operate across multiple markets, you’ll bring the cultural intelligence and commercial adaptability to make it work \- and you’ll anticipate what clients need before they ask.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading our portfolio of strategic client relationships, building trust at C\-suite and senior stakeholder level
- Owning the commercial health of our portfolio \- revenue, margin, retention, growth and forecast accuracy
- Setting programme direction and governance, ensuring the right team, ownership model and delivery standards are in place from day one
- Identifying and shaping organic growth opportunities, grounded in real client priorities and unmet needs
- Leading senior consultative strategic conversations across data, CRM, AI, martech and digital platforms
- Assembling and leading the right internal and partner teams for each engagement \- casting for skill and fit, not just availability
- Proactively identifying and managing programme risks, blockers and commercial issues before they become problems
- Bringing a clear point of view on quality and standards, and holding teams to it
- A track record of C\-Suite and senior client relationship leadership in a consultancy, agency or professional services environment
- Strong commercial instincts \- you understand margin, pipeline, growth and what drives long\-term client value
- Genuine fluency across data, CRM, marketing technology, AI and digital \- enough to lead the conversation and work confidently with specialists
- Experience leading complex, multi\-workstream programmes with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners across multiple markets
- The confidence to challenge constructively, raise risks early and have difficult conversations when it matters
- Experience managing relationships across international or global markets
- Strategic vision \- the ability to connect client ambition with practical possibility and lead with a long\-term view
You’re as comfortable in a boardroom conversation about business strategy as you are in a delivery review. You don’t wait to be asked \- you anticipate. You build relationships that last because they’re built on honesty, care and consistent follow\-through. You bring a point of view, but you listen before you respond.

Pay: £80,000\.00\-£85,000\.00 per year
