Client Finance Partner

We are partnering with a highly respected Property Management organisation to recruit an experienced Client Finance Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative finance team, playing a vital role in the preparation, reconciliation, and delivery of service charge accounts across a diverse property portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring financial information is accurate, compliant, and delivered to the highest standard.

Location: Head Office (Hybrid - 1 day working from home)

Key Responsibilities • Preparing and completing service charge accounts in line with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements

• Managing monthly accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations


• Working alongside property managers and developers to ensure accurate financial reporting


• Producing detailed account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies


• Liaising with auditors, clients, and internal teams throughout the account finalisation process


• Reviewing and analysing financial variances and historical account data


• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities


• Supporting the smooth transition of accounts from previous managing agents where required

What We’re Looking For • Previous experience within service charge accounting

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, including RICS and ARMA guidance


• Ability to prepare and review financial statements accurately and within deadlines


• Experience managing accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial reporting


• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving


• Experience working with client money and service charge funds
