Client Engagement Assistant Manager
Position
JOB DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify 3\-5 key areas of accountability and outputs of the position in order of importance.
- Support end\-to\-end project/event coordination: track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicate progress to internal teams.
- Support tailor\-made animations that transmit brand DNA and direction that will better engage clients.
- Support daily communication with Paris HQ.
- Assist with the client experience during international events to ensure the entire itinerary meets expectations.
- Source qualified suppliers, third\-party collaboration to enrich the client experience qualitatively.
- Assist with the client engagement manager in preparing the annual event budget planning.

- Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Understanding of luxury lifestyle and high\-end client behavior
