AFWM Limited is an established firm of Independent Financial Advisers, with offices across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Greater London.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Administrator/Office Manager based in our Richmond office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisers, clients and wider team, whilst also helping to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of our office.
We are seeking an individual with previous experience in a similar administrative role. We are committed to investing in the right candidate and will provide full training and ongoing support. Strong literacy and numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude are essential.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, methodical and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be able to work independently and be self motivated, use your own initiative and communicate confidently with clients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Our Client Administrators are at the heart of our business and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and business.
Main Duties
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Booking and coordinating client appointments.
- Providing a professional front\-of\-house service for visitors to the Richmond Office.
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming client telephone calls.
- Preparing and issuing client correspondence on behalf of Financial Advisers.
- Processing client business in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with financial services providers regarding client plans and administration queries.
- Processing and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Supporting advisers and colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
Client Liaison
- Communicating with clients to arrange meetings, provide updates and obtain required information.
- Delivering a professional and friendly service at all times.
- Preparing, organising and maintaining client records and documentation.
- Ensuring records are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Supporting the administration of investment, pension and protection business.
- Processing applications and related paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings between clients and advisers.
- Managing appointment bookings and room allocations where required.
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Assisting with maintaining accurate audit trails and client records.
- Providing administrative assistance to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and colleagues throughout the client journey.
- Supporting client onboarding and the completion of follow\-up actions.
- Supporting the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the Richmond Office.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Managing petty cash processes and reporting.
- Completing office administration and health and safety checklists.
- Ensuring office procedures are followed appropriately (full training will be provided).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and organise daily activities effectively.
- Understanding of the importance of discretion and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Experience working in a client\-facing environment.
- Experience within financial services.
