Monday to Friday - Fully office based

This is a Monday-Friday, full-time, office-based role where your attention to detail and confident communication will make a real difference.
What you'll be doing:

• Maintain and update both physical and digital files with accuracy and care


• Process incoming and outgoing mail, following agreed procedures


• Carry out general office support, including operating standard IT and office equipment (e.g., photocopier and printer)


• Book facilities and provide day-to-day administrative coordination


• Collect, record, and process information/data to support operational needs


• Write and process orders, ensuring details are correct


• Compile statistics and maintain clear records


• Provide customer service through telephone and face-to-face interaction

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage information efficiently (paper and digital)


• Comfortable handling routine office tasks and working with IT and equipment


• Confident communication for telephone and customer-facing support


• A reliable, professional approach to maintaining accurate processes and records

Additional information:

• No phone work and no parking on site


• Teams' interviews (office based role)
