\*Translate device and material concepts into experimental process flows in collaboration with seasoned R\&D engineers and researchers.
\*Develop and optimize process steps in the cleanroom environment, including thin film deposition, patterning, etching, bonding, and layer characterization.
\*Integrate process steps into full device fabrication flows and monitor critical parameters for yield and performance.
\*Work hands\-on in the lab to execute processing runs, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and proper documentation.
\*Report process progress, results, and issues to project leaders, R\&D engineers or researchers in a clear and structured way.Required qualifications

\*Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
\*Hands\-on experience in cleanroom processing, including one or more of the following: thin film deposition, photolithography, etching, bonding, or microfabrication.
\*Good understanding of microfabrication principles and enjoy translating concepts into experimental process flows.
\*Organized, result\-driven, and able to plan and execute tasks according to project schedules.
\*Strong team player, working closely with both engineers and assistants, while taking initiative to solve problems independently.
\*Experience within cleanrooms is mandatory. 3 – 6 years of experience within a similar position.Benefits
