Cleaning Operative

• Mango, St James Shopping Centre, Edinburgh EH1 3AY


• Saturday Only (2 hrs per day: 09:00 – 11:00\)


• 2 hrs paid, no break, 2 hrs per week


• No Sunday clean required


• £12\.21 per hr

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment, facilities management and more.

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on\-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines


• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor


• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.


• Customer service


• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor


• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues


• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly

Ideal Candidate:

• Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness \& Holidays


• Good attention to detail


• Good verbal communication skills


• Ability to follow instructions


• Polite and professional


• Willingness to learn


• Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime \& weekends if required


• Experience preferred but full training provided


• Good self\-presentation (uniform provided)
