Cleaner - South London

On behalf of our client, PMR are recruiting for a team of Cleaners to join the operations of a luxury residential development in South London.

The chosen candidate will provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to all communal areas of the estate, alongside the on-site estate operatives and gardening personnel.

Role: Cleaner

Location: South London

Rota: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (there may be flexibility on the working hours)

Salary: £21,606pa

Responsibilities:

• To provide the highest levels of customer service on site and to seek/achieve continuous improvement.


• To always act in a professional and courteous manner.


• To deliver the required, scheduled cleaning services to the development, including internal and external cleaning


• To undertake cleaning, per the assigned building schedule to a high standard.


• To undertake litter picking around the assigned building external communal areas on a daily basis


• To ensure the refuse and recycling areas are checked on a daily basis and kept clean and work with the assigned Estate operative where necessary to achieve this.


• To undertake spot cleaning carpet cleaning (where trained or assigned).


• To provide cleaning supply and stock dates to the Estate Manager for them to provide adequate and suitable supplies.


• To promote sustainability initiatives as directed by the Managing Agent


• To distribute relevant notices, newsletters, and information to residents and make sure all noticeboards are up to date.


• To attend training courses as directed by the employer/ Managing Agent

Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed COSHH training


• Previous experience within a residential setting or hotels is highly beneficial


• Must be Honest and Reliable


• Works well under pressure and within a team


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Excellent time keeping


• Professional appearance
