About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and committed Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Redhill area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to contribute to a supportive school community and deliver high-quality education to pupils.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting strong academic progress and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum


• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress and attainment


• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment


• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners


• Maintain positive behaviour management in line with school policies


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents


• Contribute to the wider life of the school

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• Experience teaching within a UK primary or secondary setting


• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum


• Excellent classroom management skills


• Ability to motivate and inspire pupils

• Experience within a specific key stage or subject area


• Commitment to continuous professional development

• A supportive and collaborative working environment


• Well-behaved and engaged pupils

• Competitive daily rate (£120 – £160)
