Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers to join a well-established business in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking long-term, full-time work with a respected employer and competitive pay rates.
Key Duties: • Safely operate HGV vehicles (Category CE or C) in compliance with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries of dairy products, ensuring stock rotation and product quality
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
- Load and unload products safely, including manual handling and use of handling equipment
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and security procedures at all times
- Use handheld units or manual systems to record deliveries, returns, and payments where applicable
- Maintain a clean vehicle, both inside and out
- Provide excellent customer service
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
- Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused attitude.
- Minimum 8 hour's pay guaranteed per shift.
