Overview Position Summary:* Oversees the claims processing operations within an organization, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Develops and implements efficient claims processing procedures and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce processing times while maintaining accuracy and quality.
How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities:* Ensuring that all claims are processed in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to monitor and improve claims handling;

  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims operations, such as turnaround times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement;

  • Ensuring that the claims team provides excellent customer service, addressing policyholder inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with claims operations, implementing strategies to minimize potential losses and improve overall risk management.

  • Contributes to the development of strategic plans for the claims department, aligning operational goals with the broader objectives of the organization.

  • Manages a small to mid\-sized team consisting of lower level Managers and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

  • Implements policies and strategies for short\-term results (1 year or less).

  • Handles problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
About You Required:* Claims Operation Experience
  • University Degree or equivalent
