Civil Foreman Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee day\-to\-day site operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel.


• Plan and oversee daily construction activities.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Monitor quality control and project progress.


• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.


• Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor.


• Strong knowledge of civil construction, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, roads, and concrete works.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Full driving licence.


• Relevant tickets/certifications preferred.
