Children’s Complex Care Support Worker (caring for a child in her home).
Part\-time hours: flexible posts available
Wage:
£16\.00 per hour weekdays, £18\.00 per hour weekends
Expected rota:
Weekday shifts:
Tuesday to Friday 3\.45pm \- 7\.45pm
Weekend shifts:
Saturdays – 7am – 11am
Total of 20 hours per week
Annual leave cover required, with overtime available occasionally

About me:
I am a young child with cerebral palsy, and I live with my lovely family. I attend a specialist school and am in reception year. I need support at home for my everyday living needs. I love to play and laugh. I communicate using sounds and I'm learning to use AAT.
I need help with my daily living including personal care, with playing and learning and accessing activities, and with daily therapy exercises to help me develop to my greatest potential.
Experience of delivering complex care and rehabilitation is desirable including:
- Providing nutrition via a PEG
- Administering medication
- Personal care
- Completing Physiotherapy programmes
- Seizure and Epilepsy management
- Moving and handling
- Accompanying a client to social and leisure activities
· Full drivers' licence required
· Experience of working in a client's own home preferred
