Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking a Social Worker to join their Children with Disability Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Assess needs of children with disabilities and their families.
- Develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Safeguard children and manage risks in line with statutory guidance.
- Coordinate multi-agency support (health, education, voluntary services).
- Advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings/court as required.
- Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.
- Provide advice for EHCPs and specialist services.
- Promote equality and anti-discriminatory practice.
- Engage in supervision and professional development.
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
- Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
