Our client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking an experienced Children's Advanced Partitioner to join their Family First Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Provide advanced social work support and interventions to children, young people, and families within the Family First service to prevent escalation and improve outcomes.
- Manage a complex caseload, undertaking assessments, child-focused planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Offer practice guidance, mentoring, and support to social workers and family support practitioners to promote high-quality practice.
- Lead on complex cases, providing expert advice on safeguarding, risk management, and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including education, health, housing, and community services, to deliver coordinated family support.
- Ensure assessments, plans, and reports are completed to a high standard and in line with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to quality assurance, service development, and practice improvement through case audits, reflective discussions, and sharing best practice.
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker
