About Us
Aspire Care NW Ltd is opening a brand\-new therapeutic children’s home in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team from the very beginning, shaping a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can thrive.

The Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the young people we support. Working as part of a close\-knit team, you will:

• Provide consistent care and support to children with varying needs.


• Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing.


• Support children with daily routines, education, and recreational activities.


• Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.


• Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes for each child.


• Ensure safeguarding and welfare is at the centre of your practice.


• Work closely with colleagues, managers, and external professionals.

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting children.


• Experience in residential childcare or a related care setting (preferred but not essential).


• A willingness to undertake mandatory and specialist training.


• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep\-ins.


• A full UK driving licence (preferred).


• An enhanced DBS check (to be completed if not already held).
