<p><strong>What They’re Looking For<br></strong><br>To thrive in this role, you’ll need:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home</li>
<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>A Full UK Driving Licence</li>
</ul>
