Children’s Home Registered Manager
<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager to join its client’s residential care team based in Bath.</p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>

<li>Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to support each child’s care plan.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home</li>
<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>A Full UK Driving Licence</li>
<li>Most importantly, you’ll bring warmth, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping young people flourish</li>
