CHILDCARE SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Regional Law firm in Northampton is looking to recruit an experienced Childcare Lawyer/Legal Executive into their busy team. This established practice covers a range of legal services and they are looking for an experienced Childcare Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters. The ideal Childcare Lawyer will have excellent experience in covering all types of childcare matters including special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders. With at least 3 years PQE you will be more than confident in managing your own caseload and will ideally have strong advocacy experience and be Children Panel accredited or working toward to the accreditation. The successful Lawyer will be a good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
