Everything we do at YUST is built around three key pillars: short \& long stay hospitality, internal \& external events, and food \& beverage. All of these departments work closely together, with one shared goal at heart — delivering a seamless experience where the guest always comes first.

With the continued growth of the concept, we're looking for a full\-time CTO (f/m/x) who will take ownership of all technical aspects within the company. You will play a key role in evaluating our current technology landscape and defining a clear vision for both short\- and long\-term technological solutions, ensuring YUST is ready to scale sustainably.

As we continue to expand, you will also be responsible for writing and maintaining the IT chapters of the specs book for each new location, ensuring consistency and quality across all sites.

Strategy \& Architecture

Take the lead in shaping our long\-term technology roadmap, ensuring our digital landscape supports our growth, streamlines operations, enhances the guest experience, and allows us to scale smoothly across different locations and markets.

YUST Ecosystem

Lead the integration and day\-to\-day management of our full tech stack across hospitality, events, F\&B, CRM, finance, access control, and other operational tools. You ensure that platforms such as MEWS, Microsoft 365, Exact, Elvy, Growzer, Power BI, Lightspeed, and SPACE (our internally developed platform for long\-stay management, CRM, and other core functionalities, serving as the central heart of the ecosystem) work seamlessly together as one connected ecosystem, keeping things simple, efficient, and consistent across all locations.

Innovation

Take ownership of bringing new ideas to life by designing, testing, and refining digital features, workflows, and integrations before they are rolled out. You explore what works, reduce technical risks, and make sure every innovation is ready to scale smoothly across our different locations from day one.

Stay on top of new technologies and solutions by continuously exploring SaaS tools, AI, APIs, and emerging trends. You identify smart opportunities to improve efficiency, elevate the guest experience, and simplify the way we work

AI that works for us

Help bring AI to life across YUST by creating clear frameworks and supporting teams in using it confidently and effectively.

Digital Security \& Data Integrity

Lead the way in keeping our digital ecosystem secure and well\-governed, ensuring that access, data, privacy, and systems are protected, reliable, and consistent across all locations.

GOT THE SKILLS?

• Preferably, you have experience with:

+ a range of hospitality systems like MEWS PMS, POS, reservation platforms \& integrations.
+ Microsoft 365 Business suite incl. Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Sharepoint
+ LAN network configuration, Switching, WIFI, Security, ...
+ VOIP, AV equipment, CCTV, IPTV, Access Control, ...
+ BI and data\-analyses

• You have leadership experience and are familiar with the key IT systems used within YUST.


• You have experience scaling systems across multiple locations, brands, or countries.


• You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity, access rights, data governance, and business continuity.


• You are comfortable working closely with both leadership and operational teams, translating strategic decisions into practical execution on the ground.


• You are a good communicator (fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus).


• You have a strong analytical mindset \& a proactive way of working, and are interested in everything related to AI and automation.
