Key Responsibilities: • Leading performance testing activities to optimise vehicle performance
- Developing and implementing advanced simulation models to predict vehicle behaviour
- Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to apply findings from simulations and testing
- Overseeing the development of performance metrics and benchmarking against industry standards
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Communicating performance insights and recommendations to senior management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analytics
- Expertise in developing and running simulation models
- Strong understanding of motorsport engineering principles and vehicle dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
