Chief Operating Officer (COO) \| The Converters Home Improvement Group

Location: Dunfermline
Package: £65,000 – £75,000 \+ Performance Package \+ Profit Share Opportunity

The Converters Home Improvement Group is a rapidly growing multi\-brand home improvement business focused on modernising and scaling the industry through digital systems, CRM automation, and operational excellence.

The Converters Home Improvement Group is an ambitious and fast\-scaling multi\-brand home improvement business with a vision to become a leading digitally\-led home improvement group across the UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day\-to\-day operations across the home improvement group

  • Improve systems, processes, accountability, and efficiencies

  • Manage operational teams and performance KPIs

  • Support regional and national expansion plans

  • Work closely with directors on strategic growth initiatives

  • Improve customer journey, scheduling, and operational delivery

  • Build scalable infrastructure and operational systems

  • Support recruitment, reporting, leadership management, and business performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong operational leadership experience

  • Proven ability to improve systems and business performance

  • Commercial and growth\-focused mindset

  • Strong organisational and people management skills

  • Ability to work within a fast\-moving entrepreneurial business

  • Experience within home improvements, construction, property, or multi\-site operations would be advantageous

  • Hands\-on mentality with strong leadership capability
