<p><strong>🎯</strong><strong> How you will make an impact:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p data-start="277" data-end="394">Drive high-priority strategic and operational projects directly with the founder and CEO, from planning through execution.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="397" data-end="529">Prepare materials for investors, partners, and government stakeholders, including briefs, analyses, and funding-related documents.</p>

<p data-start="532" data-end="649">Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research within the defence, aerospace, and dual-use technology sectors.</p>

<p data-start="652" data-end="790">Support fundraising activities by coordinating documents, financial models, and timelines.</p>

<p data-start="908" data-end="1029">Coordinate cross-team communication and ensure smooth execution between engineering, operations, and external partners.</p>

<p data-start="1032" data-end="1136">Work closely with founders on strategic decision-making, data-driven prioritization, and KPI tracking.</p>

<p data-start="1139" data-end="1255">Assist in preparing pitches, demos, and presentations for customers in defence, security, and government agencies.</p>

<p data-start="1258" data-end="1355">Manage special projects that require technical curiosity, operational discipline, and discretion.</p>

<p><strong>✅</strong><strong> What you need to be successful:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p data-start="1384" data-end="1439"><strong data-start="1384" data-end="1416">Fluency in German and English.</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1440" data-end="1570">
<p data-start="1442" data-end="1570"><strong>Min. 3 years of experience in a start-up tech company, defence-consulting, VC, or a similarly fast-paced environment.</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1571" data-end="1675">
<p data-start="1573" data-end="1675">Experience with financial analysis, fundraising support, or investor materials is a strong plus.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1676" data-end="1819">
<p data-start="1678" data-end="1819">Strong interest and prior experience in defence, security, aerospace, robotics, or dual-use technologies.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1820" data-end="1903">
<p data-start="1822" data-end="1903">Ability to navigate sensitive or confidential information with absolute professionalism.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1904" data-end="2050">
<p data-start="1906" data-end="2050">Highly structured working style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to “figure things out” without perfect guidance.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2053" data-end="2149">Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities and hands-on tasks.</p>
</li>
