Chief of Staff – Group Execution & Coordination (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities
Strategic Planning \& Operational Execution
- Support the management team in structure as well as driving the groups strategic priorities
- Prepare analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support executive decision\-making.
- Track decisions, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution
- Act as a central coordination hub between group management and local leadership teams
- Follow up on agreed initiatives across the \~30 legal entities and ensure transparency on progress
- Support alignment on operational topics such as budgeting, planning, reporting, and key initiatives
- Coordinate cross\-functional projects with legal, compliance, or regulatory relevance.
- Act as a liaison between Legal, Finance, and Business teams to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
Your profile
Education \& Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3\-5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or corporate strategy
- First exposure to senior management or C\-level stakeholders is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- High execution focus and reliability in follow\-through
- Solid project management capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Hands\-on, pragmatic, and solution\-oriented
- Curious, fast learner with a strong ownership mindset
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment
- High level of self\-structuring and ownership
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional language skills in Italian and / or German are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
