Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Stockholm, Planacy builds a driver\-based FP\&A platform that replaces manual, spreadsheet\-bound budgeting and forecasting with automated planning processes the whole business actually uses. More than 200 companies plan with Planacy today, and the company has established itself as the leading best\-of\-breed platform on the Nordic market.

The role

We are looking for a CMO to own Planacy's long\-term marketing vision, positioning and commercial narrative, and to build a marketing function that scales with our growth in Sweden and internationally. You report to the CEO, have a seat in the management team and are based in Stockholm. You lead a strong inhouse team of two.

Your responsibilities in the role:

• Own Planacy’s overall marketing strategy and align it with business objectives, international expansion and revenue growth


• Lead positioning, messaging and tone of voice across markets, channels and customer touchpoints


• Actively contribute to Planacy’s broader go\-to\-market strategy together with Sales, Product, Customer Success and the management team


• Drive demand generation and strengthen marketing’s measurable contribution to pipeline


• Balance short\-term pipeline creation with long\-term brand, category and thought leadership development


• Build, lead and develop the marketing team through clear priorities, coaching and follow\-up


• Drive smarter and more scalable ways of working, including building AI\-powered workflows and automations across marketing


• Set direction for website, content, SEO, performance marketing, campaigns, events and sales enablement


• Support international expansion through market understanding, ICP development, localization and channel strategy

Who we're looking for

• 10\+ years in marketing, with significant experience from B2B SaaS or other complex B2B environments


• Proven track record as CMO, VP Marketing, Marketing Director or Head of Marketing


• Strong on positioning, messaging, go\-to\-market and commercial storytelling


• Deep understanding of SaaS growth mechanics – pipeline, funnel conversion, CAC, ICP, sales cycles – and a proven ability to grow marketing\-sourced pipeline together with Sales


• Broad grasp of demand generation, performance marketing, content, SEO, website conversion and marketing operations


• Practical, forward\-leaning use of AI to improve marketing productivity, analysis and campaign execution


• International expansion experience


• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear priorities and action


• A hands\-on leader used to working closely with CEO, Sales, Product and Customer Success


• Inspiring, pragmatic and a high\-ownership leader, with strong judgment. Fluent in Swedish and English
