Chef - Frich's Hotel Alvdal, Norway

Frich’s Hotel Alvdal is looking for a qualified and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a planned start in October 2026.

We are looking for an experienced chef who is comfortable working independently, taking responsibility and being an active part of the kitchen team. You should be reliable, motivated and able to maintain good quality and structure throughout your shift.

The kitchen covers different concepts and services throughout the day, from morning until evening. You will therefore work with varied tasks and need to be flexible and comfortable taking responsibility across different parts of the operation.

Good teamwork is essential. You will work closely with the other members of the kitchen and hotel team, and we are looking for someone who communicates well, contributes positively to the working environment and is willing to support colleagues when needed.

To be considered for the position, you must be a qualified chef with a relevant trade certificate or equivalent professional culinary qualification. Previous professional kitchen experience is required, and you should be able to work independently without needing constant supervision.

We offer a permanent, full-time position and the opportunity to become part of an established hotel operation in Alvdal. Accommodation can be arranged for NOK 3,500 per month during the initial period. This gives you an easy start when relocating to Alvdal, but you will be expected to find your own long-term accommodation after settling in the area.
